What are your shipping costs?

Our books are large format so shipping  charges are higher. To help with this we subsidise the cost of shipping so it is only a flat rate of £6 per order.

What is the delivery process?

Once your payment has been received, your package will be sent out within 2 business days. Delivery varies based on your area but you should expect to receive your books within 2-7 business days. If you have not received your package within this time, please let us know and we will track it down for you.

What if the books I receive are not exactly what I imagined?

We stand by our products. You can return any books for a refund if they are not suited to your requirements, as long as they are in unused and resaleable condition.  Be sure to contact us for a returns authorisation within 14 days, and we will send return instructions. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs for change of mind. If for any reason the books you receive are damaged, please email us the details and we will arrange for a no-faults return. The buyer is not responsible for shipping costs in this case.
